The requests can then be reviewed by the appropriate service manager and allocated either internally or to an appropriate contractor.
In addition to logging requests and assigning each task, Agility ensures that the person making the request receives an email job confirmation giving an indication of when and by whom the work will be completed. Once their request is completed, an email is sent to the person who raised the enquiry so that they can check they’re happy with the job done.

As a browser–based system Agility can be securely accessed via the web. This means the external contractors can be given remote access to the system. The simple secure operator interface is also easy and quick to use at any computer terminal.
In addition to PC-based access, Agility Mobile ensures that your team is always in contact. PDAs and touch screen tablets can log, receive and update work orders, helping you to align and monitor your mobile workforce such as mobile technicians, porters and cleaning staff. SoftSols also provides a handheld catering application which enables staff to take bedside orders for patient’s meals.
