Agility’s simple interface allows users to quickly and easily navigate around the system. Screens only display information relevant to the user level aiding understanding and acceptance. Menu icons allow users to familiarise themselves with the most relevant system features. The user panel allows a personalised Agility experience. Expanding and retracting menus gives maximum display area on tablets and smartphones.
A complete register of all your assets is one of the foundation stones of Agility. Understand the relationship between different assets, their dependencies and the impact of any planned or reactive activity. Maps of buildings, sites, production areas and assets can be added to Agility to aiding visual recognition. Your asset register provides your team with all of the information they need about work order history, parts used, attached images, documents and drawings and a full audit trail of PPM and asset movements.
Work orders can be used to track all kinds of activity from repair and breakdown work to PPM and routine maintenance and a wide range of service requests such as portering, cleaning and inspections. Colour coded Red, Amber, Green (RAG) lists and tree views provide instant feedback on performance and you can even change the information displayed with the easy to customise field lists.
Any regular planned work can be automatically scheduled with Agility based on calendar schedules or usage details fed from meters and gauges.Templates define the work to be completed with estimated hours, parts required and associated documents. Routing can be used to include multiple assets.

The simple drag and drop scheduler quickly matches jobs to the relevant staff based on their trade / crafts and their availability is calculated based on shift patterns and planned absences. The RAG traffic lights give instant feedback when the planned workload exceeds availability and alerts prevent skilled work being scheduled to unskilled employees.
Agility provides a fully functional multi-stores, multi-currency stores management and purchasing system. Stock replenishment can automatically generate purchase orders to be routed for approval and sent to suppliers. As with all functions with Agility, stock management and purchasing can be integrated with corporate ERP and accounts systems giving streamlined workflow.
Your labour is your most powerful and valuable asset. With Agility you can manage each individual employee; understanding their skills, qualifications and certification and their training requirements.
