Case Study

SoftSols Group is helping a hospital in Scotland become the first in the UK to use a fleet of robots to carry out routine deliveries.

Agility is being used to allocate and dispatch porters, take food orders at the bedside and manage a wide range of services including reception, estates maintenance, security and cleaning. The software also monitors the robots, generating performance management statistics as part of an automated system which flags an alert should the robots not deliver on time.
